How does the pre-session consultation work?

Shortly after you schedule your appointment, Gigi will reach out to you by phone. During the consultation she will discuss the various poses and props to be used depending on the age of your children and the type of session you have selected. She will offer suggestions on outfits colors and choices, but stay tuned for our What To Wear Guide that will be released soon. If you are bringing your dog(s), have any concerns or questions about the experience, this is the time to discuss with Gigi. We always try our best to accommodate our clients who may have special needs or requests, within reason.

What do I bring to my portrait session?

We recommend bringing a brush or comb, any hair bows or styling products you may need such as hairspray or makeup (for touch ups only). Please arrive early if you plan to get dressed in your Christmas clothes at the house. Don’t forget shoes, belts and other outfit accessories. We have a large backroom with privacy for families to get ready.  

How do I choose my portraits?

On the day of your Christmas Portrait Session, Martha will schedule your Online Ordering Session with Gigi via Zoom. During the 1 hour ordering session, Gigi will review all of the images (prior to editing and retouching) from your session. She’ll help you choose your favorites, decide what fine art products you’d like and finalize your order! If you are ordering Christmas cards, you will also choose the images, font and message at this time.

What is the cost for additional images & products?

We offer special pricing for our Limited Edition, Fine Art Santa & Family Christmas session. Depending on the products you choose, additional charges may apply for custom editing, shipping and delivery services. This will be discussed with Gigi during your ordering session.Please see the link below for full pricing of our 2023 Christmas Fine Art products.
